  • 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions – Personalized coaching consultations scheduled through the Website.

  • Digital Courses & Materials – Online courses, guides, videos, and other digital media available for immediate access after purchase.

All Services are provided “as is,” based on the skills and expertise of our coaching staff. Champion Coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Payment is due at the time of booking a session or purchasing a course.

  • All sales are final for consultations and digital courses, except as stated in our Refund Policy.

  • Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and you agree to comply with their terms.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Coaching sessions may be rescheduled if requested at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website—including courses, videos, guides, graphics, and other materials—is the exclusive property of Champion Coaching or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Third-Party Intellectual Property:
All logos, game titles, and assets mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners. Champion Coaching makes no claim of ownership over any third-party intellectual property.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Results Disclaimer
Individual results will vary based on the player’s skill level, practice, and commitment. Champion Coaching does not guarantee specific rank increases, tournament placements, or performance outcomes.

Fair Play / No Cheating
Champion Coaching’s Services are intended for educational and skill-development purposes only. We encourage all players to comply with the Terms of Service and community guidelines of the games they play. Our Services do not involve cheats, hacks, account sharing, or other activities that would violate a game developer’s rules. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services complies with the Terms of Service of any applicable game or platform.

Coach Verification Disclaimer
All of our coaches are vetted for skill and professionalism; however, Champion Coaching is not liable for individual gameplay results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Champion Coaching is not liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or Services.

  • Any lack of results or outcomes from coaching consultations or courses.
