Refund Policy

At Champion Coaching, we want you to feel confident in your investment. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee across our services and digital products.

Eligibility

  • Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.

  • To be eligible, you must provide proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or receipt).

  • Refunds apply to the following:

    • 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions (unused or unsatisfactory)

    • Digital Courses & Materials (if you are not satisfied with the content)

Coaching Sessions

  • If you purchased a 1-on-1 coaching package and have not yet used your sessions, you may request a full refund within 30 days.

  • If you have attended sessions but are unsatisfied, you may request a partial or full refund (case-by-case review) within 30 days of purchase.

Digital Products

  • If you are not satisfied with a digital course or material, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

  • Continued access to refunded products will be revoked once the refund is processed.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@championcoaching.net with your order details. We aim to process all refunds within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Exceptions

  • Refund requests made after the 30-day window will not be accepted.

  • Abuse of the refund policy (such as repeated refund requests) may result in denial of future purchases.
