At Champion Coaching, we want you to feel confident in your investment. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee across our services and digital products.
Eligibility
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible, you must provide proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or receipt).
Refunds apply to the following:
1-on-1 Coaching Sessions (unused or unsatisfactory)
Digital Courses & Materials (if you are not satisfied with the content)
Coaching Sessions
If you purchased a 1-on-1 coaching package and have not yet used your sessions, you may request a full refund within 30 days.
If you have attended sessions but are unsatisfied, you may request a partial or full refund (case-by-case review) within 30 days of purchase.
Digital Products
If you are not satisfied with a digital course or material, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Continued access to refunded products will be revoked once the refund is processed.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@championcoaching.net with your order details. We aim to process all refunds within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Exceptions
Refund requests made after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
Abuse of the refund policy (such as repeated refund requests) may result in denial of future purchases.
